For sitespecific glycosylation and identification of protein carriersGAGs have a regulated structure overlaid by heterogeneity but lack the details necessary to build structurefunction relationships. In order to provide this information, we need glycomics platforms that are sensitive, robust, high throughput, and informationrich.
